Address Proof : - Electricity bill, Rent Agreement, Voter’s Id (Anyone of these)

School leaving certificate in original from the previous school. (applicable from class I).

Photocopy of the report card of the class last attended by the child (applicable from class I)

Mode of payment will be Demand Draft only made in favour of Sarla Chopra DAV Public School payable at Noida.

Fee Timings : 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

On confirmation of grant of admission, parents are required to deposit the fee within stipulated time, failing which the seat will be given to another child.
