Admissions
List of selected students is put up on the school notice board on a given date. The parents/guardians are required to deposit the fee within three days of declaration of the admission results, failing which the seats are treated as vacant and may be filled by other candidates at the discretion of the school authorities.
Rules For Depositing Fees
1. The fee bill is generated by the last week of the month & mailed to the parents on the given email id for the payment due for the next month(s).
2. (a) Last date of depositing fee is 10th of the month in which it is due.
(b) If the fee is not paid by the stipulated date, a fine of Rs 70/- will be charged up to the 20th and the same will be doubled after 20th i.e. Rs 140/- in the same month.
3. In case of loss of the fee bill the school office should be informed immediately.
4. Parents can deposit fee of their ward(S) through Online/Cheque/Demand Draft at the school fee counter. No fee will be excepted in cash.
For depositing Fee through Cheque/Draft:
a) the cheque/demand draft should be drawn in favour of "Sarla Chopra DAV Public School", Noida.
b) If the cheque bounces, Rs 300/- will be charged and payment will be accepted only through demand draft.
c) Parents may please note to give separate fee Cheques for each child.
d) The parents are requested to write the name,admission.No,classand section of their ward and parent mobile.no on the top right hand corner on the reverse side of the cheque.
e) Overwriting of any sort in the fee bill and on cheque will make it invaild and in such cases fee will not be accepted.
For depositing Fee through Online kindly follow the following steps:-
i, Parents can register through their email id/mobile no and subsequently register their ward(s) on our website i.e www.davnoida.org.
ii, Keep the fee bill/slip ready with you at the time of payment.
iii, Kindly go to the link which is available on school website i.e. www.davnoida.org
iv, Time duration of depositing fee is 7 minutes.
v, Enter user id (Adm.No. of your ward) and password (which you created 1st time)
vi, Read carefully and follow the istructions.
vii, Tally the fee amount with fee bill, if you don't have the same,kindly confirm from the school before depositing fee.
viii, After filling your card details, click on PAY button & wait for payment confirmation (Do not enter your card details again and do not click again and again on pay button)
ix, Once paid without verifying, the amount will not be refunded / adjusted.
Transport Fee Rules:
a) Transport fee is payable for 11 months.
b) Transport charges must be accurately paid with the fee.
c) After payment of the fee with Transport charges, Bus pass must be updated from the concerned fee clerk.
d) Withdrawal of bus service in Mid session is not allowed except in emergency cases.
e) Application for withdrawal must be submitted a week prior to the month from which withdrawal is dought.
