IMPORTANT! The father email ID used for registration must be active .All communications shall be sent only to the father email address.

1)  Fill the form in capital letters only.     

2) Registration does not guarantee admission

3) Payment will be made online

4) Keep your details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 300/- as the registration amount

5) If payment process is not completed successfully once due to any reason,   please proceed again if required, 

6)  If you wish to reprint the online submitted form please login with father e-mail id. used in registration form.

7)  In case of single parent, the phone no. of the parent is to be repeated in both the columns.

8)  Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete form/documents, the application will be deemed as rejected.

9) Take a print out of the filled form (for online registration)

10) Upload the photographs on the form.

11)  Write the academic qualification of both the father and mother.

12) After online submission of form parents are requested to contact the school Reception with in 2 days to get the date and time for INTERACTION / ENTRANCE TEST

13)  Complete form with all the requisite scanned documents should be uploaded 

14) Student will be considered only for the class for which he/she is registered

15) Registration Fee is not refunable.

16) Photocopy of report card of the class last attended by the child will be required at the time of admission

17) Orginal School Leaving certificate of recognised school will be required at the time of admission

Following self - attested photocopies to be attached at the time of submission of Registration Form for General Category:    

Photocopy of Birth Certificate of your child issued by MCD/NDMC/Municipal Corporation of any state.

Proof of SC/ST/OBC (if valid)

Proof of Residence – (any one)

I) Voter I-Card / Aadhaar card  of any of the parents.

IV) Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.

V) Aadhaar card of the child.

Please note: Incomplete/Incorrect/ Duplicate Registration Forms will be rejected.
