Energy building and Brain Connections organization conducted a workshop for the staff of Sarla Chopra DAV Public School on 20.04.2024 from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. This workshop was attended by teachers teaching classes 6th to 12th.

Dr. Rashmi Sethi, Chairperson of the organization introduced the session and stressed on the point that As the Energy, so is the Ability.

Mr. Unit K Sharma, continued with the most enlightening session whereby he introduced the audience to Energy Namaste . He emphasized on the scientific aspect of the correct flow of energy from head to toe and right to left only when Namaste is done in the right posture. This way of doing Namaste, if taught to the students and teachers, will energize them and enable them to focus more. Mr. Sharma also taught the teachers how to do the Energy Namaste.

He also talked about how the modern education system focuses more on academic development but little on behavioral development.  The Energy Namaste brings balance to the body, thereby enhancing achievements in life.

The staff participated in the session enthusiastically and also put their queries before Mr. Sharma. The workshop ended with a note of thanks from the Supervisory Head Mrs. Poonam Kalra and on a hopeful note to take a longer and more beneficial workshop in future.
