A counselling session on *“Stop the Spiral – Overcoming Overthinking”* was conducted on 17th April at Sarla Chopra DAV Public School for Class 10 students, in collaboration with peer mentors.

The session was led by school counsellor **Ms. Swati Jain**, who guided students on understanding overthinking, its common triggers, and its impact on mental well-being. Practical strategies such as mindfulness, positive self-talk, and time management were shared to help students manage their thoughts effectively.

Peer mentors supported the session through interactive discussions, making it engaging and relatable. The session concluded with students gaining useful insights and tools to overcome overthinking and promote a positive mindset.
